Drawing on years of experience and the expertise of educated young professionals, the company set out to localise and optimise an industry that had previously depended on imports.

The First Major Step
The senior management team’s approach and perseverance produced tangible results: monthly output grew to more than 80,000 heating elements, marking the first major step towards self-sufficiency in the industry.

The Second Major Step
The next stage required a larger production space, more advanced machinery and a larger workforce. Through careful long-term planning, these challenges were addressed to a substantial degree.
